Mi chiamo Andrea, sono nato nel 1994 ed abito a Colere, un piccolo paesino nel cuore delle Orobie Bergamasche. Fin da piccolo sono affascinato dai luoghi che mi circondano e dalla fauna selvatica che li popola. Proprio questo amore, un paio di anni fa, mi ha portato alla passione per la fotografia; cercavo un modo per dare la possibilità a tutti di godere delle meraviglie che le mie montagne offrono e l'ho trovato attraverso l'obiettivo della mia macchina fotografica. Questa scelta non è sempre facile, la vita del fotografo naturalista
a volte è dura. Bisogna saper convivere con sveglie che strillano nel cuore della notte, snervanti attese in condizioni atmosferiche spesso avverse e sfavorevoli, lunghe scarpinate in luoghi aspri ed impervi, una sfilza di insuccessi e di frustranti giornate in cui, l'unica presenza da poter avvistare, è la propria ombra. Tutte queste fatiche però vengono puntualmente ripagate dai suggestivi panorami, dagli incantevoli scenari, dalle ottime compagnie, dallo stupore e dai palpiti che ogni incontro sa generare. Ho deciso quindi
di proporvi questi sei scatti nella speranza di evocare in voi le stesse emozioni che ogni "cattura" ha suscitato in me.

My name is Andrea, I was born in 1994 and I live in Colere, a small village located in the heart of the Italian Pre-Alps. Since I was a small child I’ve always been extremely fascinated by the places that surrounds me and by the wildlife that lives in there. It is this devotion that a couple of years ago brought me to develop a passion for photography; I was looking for a way to share with everyone else all the beauties that my mountains contain, and I find it within the lenses of my camera. This hasn’t been an easy choice, the life of a wildlife photographer can be hard sometimes. You need to cohabit with alarms ringing in the middle of the night, long and painful waits in often adverse weather conditions, hikes in harsh and impervious places and a long list of failing and frustrating days, in which the only presence to spot it’s your own shadow. All this efforts are however paid off by the wonderful views, incredible scenarios, great companies and by the amazement and heartbeat that each encounter can arouse. I have then decided to create this portfolio to share with you what wildlife photography means to me, hoping to unleash in you the same emotions that

each one of this photos created in me.
